Geez, I'd have a headache, too. I am always worried about what I am getting myself into when I sign stuff. I do read over the paperwork, but everything is so above my head that it might as well be written in a foreign language.
Wow, this Humana outfit sounds even skeevier than the Cigna crap that we have to deal with! No wonder she can't find a doctor that takes it, they probably rip off the doctors, too.
