I am not going to buy one, I just want one.
I do enjoy how it all looks now when the stations are coming in, it's as clear as cable, so no more static, blue screen, noise and really bad picture, but there's still a bunch of channels that have not made the switch.
Channel 8 said that only 4 stations in all of Tampa Bay are making the switch right now, and the rest are waiting until June.
They're saying that it's because the viewers aren't ready, and that's part of the problem, but a big part of the problem is that a lot of the stations are not ready.
We've watch a couple of movies over the last week that were pretty good.
The Secret Life of Bees
Hancock sucked in my opinion, and while I enjoyed it because of the gore, Saw V wasn't all that great.
I have a bunch of stuff on our queue, but it says waiting next to each, so I have no idea what will be coming next.

Crap! Doesn't everything get switched over tonight??? We still haven't picked up our boxes! Blah!!
CJ, the House and Senate voted to postpone the switch until June. Four more months of seeing those commercials about being ready. Gack.
Kat, you should do a new scan on the converter box every so often. I find new channels all the time. The newest one, I forget what it's called, but it has reruns of ancient TV shows in the middle of the night. It has kids' shows during the day. Lots of fun, I haven't seen "Mister Ed" in ages...LOL!
Who needs cable?
I just watched Saw V and I wasn't impressed at all. It was so predictable. Maybe Saw VI won't be as lame as this last one was. Have you noticed (or maybe it's just me) how corny the horror movies made today are?
Sassy,
Are they really coming out with a Saw VI, or were you joking? I didn't care for #5 either.
