I have not been around much because on Wednesday afternoon, I slipped on the floor in the kitchen, came down hard on my knee, and pulled something in my back.
It is really painful, my lower back is like on fire.
I am trying to sit up more, walk more, but it really hurts.
I am hoping that rest, meds, and heating pad are working, and I'll be back up soon.
